This course utilizes advanced SolidWorks functionality to explore the world of freeform part design and multibody part modeling. The course includes creation of freeform parts from several industries to demonstrate the use of advanced sweeps, lofts, and surface modeling.

Prerequisites:
To ensure a consistent learning experience for all students, we have established the following prerequisites for the training course:

• SolidWorks Essentials

Course Materials:
The Advanced Part training guide will be supplied at the beginning of class and is yours to keep.

Topics Covered:

Multibody Solids Sweeps Lofts Surfaces At Course Completion: The student will gain the following advanced modeling skills: Creating solids from swept profiles and surface geometry Lofting complex shapes Face deformation utilizing the "Shape" and "Dome" features Creating compound and projected 3D curves Utilizing visible spectrum curvature analysis of complex face geometry
