In this hands-on course you will learn how to use SMARTEAM - Workflow and perform SMARTEAM - Workflow Administrator functions. You will review the user perspective of initiating a Workflow and utilizing SmartBox. Then from the Administration side, you will design flowcharts, manage workflow and setup a workflow server.

Prerequisites:

To ensure a consistent learning experience for all students, we have established the following prerequisites for the training course:

  • SMARTEAM Editor User Course
  • Recommended - SMARTEAM Basic Administration Course
  • Recommended - Knowledge of the DataModel designer tool
