Shipping Information:
Orders placed with the CATI Store are processed the day they are received and typically ship with in 2 business days.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of shipping date (shipping date is the day the package was shipped off the dock).
- Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Restocking fees are not charged if EngineerSupply is found to be in error.
- Restocking fees are waived if customer places a new order of equal or greater value within 30 days of original order date.
- All items must be returned in the original packaging, and must be in like new, re-sellable condition.
- Any item that ships in a blister pack are not eligible for return once the pack has been opened.
