What is GrafiCalc?

GrafiCalc 2009 is an innovative program that allows engineers and designers to define geometry and perform calculations simultaneously, saving you time and money. GrafiCalc is a self-contained calculation and analysis package that allows you to conceptualize, optimize, and solve a wide variety of design and engineering challenges with unprecedented speed and accuracy.

Although GrafiCalc functions as a stand-alone tool, it is also compatible with all popular CAD applications. In addition, GrafiCalc is a "Designed for Windows" application, meaning that it grants users access to all of the benefits of standard Office and Internet applications. This allows your design team to easily communicate ideas and results with all of its members quickly, and in a cost-efficient manner.

How does GrafiCalc Work?

Graficalc offers groundbreaking technology that allows users to work with geometry in the same way as conventional spreadsheets work with numbers, to stimulate and solve problems while making informed decisions. This virtually eliminates arithmetic, trigonometry, algebra, equation solving, hand held calculators, as well as tedious prototyping methods that you might encounter while working on a design or engineering challenge.

GrafiCalc allows users to capture the functional intents of a design problem by associating geometry and "smart" calculations in a single worksheet. The initial geometry can be entered directly into GrafiCalc or can be easily imported from any standard CAD package via the built-in two-way DXF Translator.



A total of eighty-eight calculation functions are built-in to GrafiCalc in order to allow you to perform automated geometry associative algebraic, binary, control, geometrical, logical, mathematical, statistical, and trigonometric calculations. Thanks to GrafiCalc's automated versatility, as you work on a problem and the geometry changes, the associative calculations are updated interactively, saving you valuable time and energy.

Graficalc also includes the world's first programmable geometrical calculator. Up until now, all of the world's calculators have accepted only alphanumerical inputs. With GrafiCalc's programmable calculation facility, you can now directly include geometry and dimensions that are linked to the worksheet in calculation statements.
